Information you provide

The form asks for your name, email address and project need. Service, budget and timing are optional. Please do not submit passwords, credentials, payment details, health information or sensitive customer data. No file upload is needed.

We use inquiry information to evaluate and respond to your request and to discuss potential project scope. We do not use it to silently subscribe you to marketing.

Form processor

Form entries are processed and stored by Web3Forms with our configured 30-day submission retention, then delivered to the studio email address.

Web3Forms may process IP address, browser and referrer information for operation and spam checks. It states that IP address and email address information may be shared with CleanTalk and Akismet for abuse prevention. Web3Forms operates from India, and its infrastructure may process information in multiple regions.

This website

DrawChicken does not add analytics, advertising pixels, third-party runtime assets, cookies or local storage for this form. Host and network providers may process technical data needed to operate and secure the site.

The form uses local validation and provider-side spam filtering. It does not use CAPTCHA widgets. A submission accepted by the provider is not a guarantee of inbox delivery or project acceptance.

We keep inquiry and business email correspondence as needed to handle the conversation and for applicable recordkeeping. Questions about correction or deletion can be sent to hello@drawchicken.com.
