Ways we can help

Bring us in where you need us. We can help launch something new, improve what you already have, join your engineering team, or assess an app before real users depend on it.

Launch a product

Turn a product idea into a useful first release.

You have a clear problem to solve and need help shaping, designing and building the first version.

  • A defined first release and practical delivery plan
  • Product design and user flows appropriate to the scope
  • A working website, app or tool
  • Handoff notes and a clear path for the next iteration

Improve an existing product

Make an existing product easier to use, maintain and grow.

You have something in market, but the product, codebase or user experience needs focused improvement.

  • A prioritized improvement plan
  • Focused product, design or engineering work
  • Changes tested against the agreed user journeys
  • A practical list of follow-up opportunities and known tradeoffs

Join an existing team

Add experienced engineering support where your team needs it.

Your team has the product context and direction, but needs additional capacity for a defined area of work.

  • Engineering support aligned to your existing ways of working
  • Work delivered within the agreed scope
  • Clear communication about decisions, risks and dependencies
  • Documentation or handoff for the work completed

Vet and harden a vibe-coded app

Understand the risks in an app before real users depend on it. Production hardening can be scoped separately as follow-on work after the assessment.

An app was built quickly, often with AI-assisted or vibe-coded development, and you need a grounded review before moving further.

  • A bounded paid assessment
  • Written findings across the agreed review areas
  • A prioritized risk and fix backlog
  • A recommendation for the next scope
  • Test and release evidence for separately scoped remediation
  • Known unresolved risks called out clearly

How the app assessment works

  1. Start with a bounded assessment

We agree on the app, access, focus areas and boundaries for a paid assessment before the work begins.

  2. Review the agreed scope

Depending on scope, we review authentication and authorization, data handling, secrets and dependencies, key user journeys, error handling, tests, and deployment, rollback and observability.

  3. Receive written findings

You get written findings, a prioritized risk and fix backlog, and a recommendation for what to do next.

  4. Decide whether to remediate

The assessment stands on its own, and there is no obligation to buy remediation. Remediation is a separate scoped engagement. If we continue, we provide test and release evidence within the agreed scope and call out known unresolved risks. We can also recommend specialist security or compliance work when it is needed.

Every project is scoped after we understand the product, the people involved and the work that needs to happen. We will discuss fit and scope before any commitment. An assessment is not a security or compliance certification, a guarantee of security, or a universal production-ready approval.
