Keep assessment data connected
The application guides users through financial comfort and financial security assessments, then presents application-generated scoring and report data. Form components support the survey experience, while saved-answer behavior restores previously entered responses when a survey is reopened. The product structure connects user inputs with the data used for subsequent reporting without presenting scores as financial advice.
Support persistence and exports
Team work included form implementation, answer persistence, scoring-data integration and CSV export formatting. Export data includes survey answers, result values and survey dates. Report and PDF work remained shared with other team members, so this contribution covers the survey and data path within the broader reporting application, not sole ownership of its outputs.
