Fly Cleared / Case study
A shared operations workspace for flight school teams
Fly Cleared is a flight-school operations prototype for coordinating students, aircraft, instructors, scheduling, and follow-up in one connected product direction. We built web and mobile application sources with a bilingual catalog, scheduling checks, invoice-generation paths, CRM surfaces, and a separate waitlist experience.

One workspace for daily coordination
Flight-school teams coordinate students, aircraft, instructors, and follow-up across a demanding set of daily tasks. We shaped Fly Cleared around that operational flow, bringing CRM, scheduling, and billing pathways into a shared dashboard direction. The experience extends across web and mobile application sources, giving the product a clear way to connect planning, student relationships, and administrative work without splitting the core workflow across separate product areas.
Building around the moments that matter
We designed the workflow around the checks and handoffs that keep flight-school work organized. The API checks aircraft and instructor overlaps before flight creation and includes an invoice-generation path. The dashboard brings CRM and scheduling into the primary workspace, while the shared English and Spanish catalog carries the experience across audiences. An Expo mobile source extends the same operational direction to smaller screens.
A connected prototype to explore
We produced a tangible flight-school operations direction with a dashboard, CRM and follow-up surfaces, scheduling checks, invoice-generation paths, bilingual catalog content, mobile application source, and a separate waitlist experience. Together, these pieces make the product concept easier to review, extend, and evaluate at the prototype stage.
