Make the first email easier to write

Signed-in users can start a structured email connection request from the platform. The prompts help them introduce themselves, explain why they are reaching out to that guide, describe what they hope to discuss and share times when they are available to meet. That gives the first conversation a clear starting point while supporting cross-generational relationships.
