Making volunteering easier to find
For a local fire department, volunteering information needs to be easy for a community member to locate and understand. We organized the website around the information prospective volunteers need, giving them a clear path to learning more and getting involved.
Giving the department’s history a clear place
The second core question was identity: who is this department, and what does it represent in the community? Working with two local department leaders, we gave the department’s history a clear place alongside volunteer information, creating a more useful public-facing website for people learning about the organization.
