A simple daily prayer flow built around five Psalms
Pray The Bible / Psalms gives individual believers a clear daily path from Psalm selection into prayer. We built a prototype around a day-of-month rhythm, five selected Psalms, fixed reflection prompts, completion tracking, and an external Scripture-reading fallback. The result keeps the Psalms-first experience simple and local.

A place to begin
Starting a daily prayer practice can be difficult when the first step is unclear. We centered the experience on Psalms and made that first step predictable: the day of the month determines five selections, then fixed prompts guide the user from reading toward prayer. That gives the product a clear rhythm without asking an AI system to generate prayer text or adding unnecessary choices at the start.
A guided daily rhythm
We used a fixed five-Psalm rhythm instead of open-ended selection, then paired it with prompt cards that support reflection without generating prayer text. A completion toggle saves the user’s local progress, and an ESV link provides an external reading fallback when the user wants to read the full Psalm. Together, those decisions keep the flow bounded, understandable, and easy to return to.

The prototype brings together daily Psalm selection, fixed prayer prompts, local completion tracking, and an external ESV reading path. It gives the product a tangible Psalms-first workflow, from the day-of-month entry point through a completed prayer session.
