RevCycleOS / Case study
See revenue cycle work clearly across connected workflow views
RevCycleOS helps teams inspect revenue cycle work across dashboards, claims, denials and organization views. We built a prototype with connected workflow paths, a React client, Hono API and simulated services, giving users a clear way to move from portfolio context to claim detail and compare coverage across related work.

See the whole workflow
Revenue cycle work moves between portfolio views, individual claims, denial analysis and organization context. That makes it useful to inspect the same work from both a broad and detailed perspective. We shaped RevCycleOS around those connected paths, so a user can move from overall signals into specific workflow areas and compare how the pieces fit together. The design keeps inspection at the center, rather than treating each view as a separate destination.
Connect the work
We built a React client backed by a Hono API and organized the experience around repeatable workflow paths. Claims support filtering and detail views, while dashboard, denial-analysis and organization views provide broader context. A workflow coverage matrix brings related areas together for comparison, with an expanded state that lets users inspect a specific step without leaving that context. Simulated services support the interactions across the prototype.
A connected product walkthrough
RevCycleOS brings portfolio dashboards, claims, denials and organization views into one connected product experience. The prototype gives teams a tangible way to move between high-level context, individual work and workflow coverage, with interface decisions that make comparison and inspection easier to follow.
